Although 1/64th scale this  item has multi scale uses including representing a larger size binder in 1/87th or HO - This is a Photo-etch type "A" ratchet style chain binder set for load restraint. Can be attached to scale chain (NOT INCLUDED). Made from photo-etch stainless steel and produced by Pitsop87 models item #64005. Set includes 33 pcs. Works perfect for railroad, heavy equipment, tractor trailer, truck, military and industrial tie down load settings. Ratchet is non-working. Requires model building skills to use.
