1/87th or HO scale model of an International (IH) 7600 Vacuum Truck. These rigs are utilized in a wide range of applications. Typically used as a contract service they can be found working at power plants, construction projects, agricultural, railway MOW, mining operations a wide variety of industrial plant projects and emergency services. Most larger municipal water works departments own fleets of these vehicles. The US Coast Guard utilizes a fleet of these trucks for beach cleanup and several Fire Departments including F.D.N.Y. own vacuum trucks. This model will look right at home in many HO scale model railroad scenes or equipment collections. Item is made of both diecast, plastic and polycast parts. Model has excellent detail levels. Item is factory assembled. Model will deliver ready to display and comes factory painted in white, silver and black with red hose reel detail. Cab will come with upgraded mirror detail.  Boom is not functional. The cab is from Walthers/Boley and the truck frame and vacuum apparatus are a Zycon Models exclusive design. Truck comes with Herpa axles, tires and wheels (in white). Model is a limited production item (250 units). Cab is attached by an assembly screw and tab system making it technically removable for those interested in customizing the model with a different type of tractor cab.
